Archived collection of Black Lives Matter social media posts during the time between Michael Brown's murder and the failure to indict Darren Wilson. The collection was held in hand-made folders assembled from found materials, from old Philadelphia Museum of Art banners to construction mesh.
New Boon(e) presented a two-person show, Installation Its Not About US, featuring work by artists Jay Katelansky and myself, curated by Leah Koontz. It’s Not About US was was made in the continued spotlight of #blacklivesmatter activism. The collaborative show examined a radical re-education about race and the cultivation of a pluralistic future.
